Srila Swami Maharaj on Mayavada Philosophy.

"The Mayavadis say that the world created by maya is false, and that actually there is no living entity but only one spiritual effulgence. They further say that God is imaginary, that people think of God only because of ignorance, and that when the Supreme Absolute Truth is befooled by the external energy, maya, He becomes a jiva, or living entity. Upon hearing all these nonsensical ideas from the nondevotee, a devotee is greatly afflicted, as if his heart and soul were broken."
Caitanya-caritamrta, Antya lila 2:99

"....Vedanta refers to the essence of Vedic knowledge, and it is not a fact that there is nothing more than Sankaracarya's Sariraka-bhasya. There are other Vedanta commentaries, written by Vaisnava acaryas, none of whom follow Sri Sankaracarya or accept the imaginative commentary of his school. Their commentaries are based on the philosophy of duality. Monist philosophers like Sankaracarya and his followers want to establish that God and the living entity are one, and instead of worshiping the Supreme Personality of Godhead they present themselves as God. They want to be worshiped as God by others. Such persons do not accept the philosophies of the Vaisnava acaryas, which are known as suddhadvaita (purified monism), suddha-dvaita (purified dualism), visistadvaita (specific monism), dvaitadvaita (monism and dualism) and acintya-bhedabheda (inconceivable oneness and difference). Mayavadis do not discuss these philosophies, for they are firmly convinced of their own philosophy of kevaladvaita, exclusive monism. Accepting this system of philosophy as the pure understanding of the Vedanta-sutra, they believe that Krsna has a body made of material elements and that the activities of loving service to Krsna are sentimentality. They are known as Mayavadis because according to their opinion Krsna has a body made of maya, and the loving service of the Lord executed by devotees is also maya. They consider such devotional service to be an aspect of fruitive activities (karma-kanda). According to their view, bhakti consists of mental speculation or sometimes meditation. This is the difference between the Mayavadi and Vaisnava philosophies."
Caitanya-caritamrta, Adi lila 7:101

"One class of transcendentalists is called impersonalistic, Mayavadi. They are generally known as Vedantists, led by Sankaracarya. And there is another class of transcendentalists, called Vaisnavas, like Ramanujacarya, Madhvacarya, Visnu-svami. Both the Sankara-sampradaya and the Vaisnava-sampradaya have accepted Krsna as the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Sankaracarya is supposed to be an impersonalist who preached impersonalism, impersonal Brahman, but it is a fact that he is a covered personalist. In his commentary on the Bhagavad-gita he wrote, "Narayana, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is beyond this cosmic manifestation." And then again he confirmed, "That Supreme Personality of Godhead, Narayana, is Krsna. He has come as the son of Devaki and Vasudeva." He particularly mentioned the names of His father and mother. So Krsna is accepted as the Supreme Personality of Godhead by all transcendentalists. There is no doubt about it."
Sri Isopanisad, Introduction

"When Sri Visnusvami, one of the four acaryas of the Vaisnava cult, presented his thesis on the subject matter of suddhadvaita-vada, immediately the Mayavadis took advantage of this philosophy and tried to establish their advaita-vada or kevaladvaita-vada. To defeat this kevaladvaita-vada, Sri Ramanujacarya presented his philosophy as visistadvaita-vada, and Sri Madhvacarya presented his philosophy of tattva-vada, both of which are stumbling blocks to the Mayavadis because they defeat their philosophy in scrupulous detail. Students of Vedic philosophy know very well how strongly Sri Ramanujacarya's visistadvaita-vada and Sri Madhvacarya's tattva-vada contest the impersonal Mayavada philosophy. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, however, accepted the direct meaning of the Vedanta philosophy and thus defeated the Mayavada philosophy immediately. He opined in this connection that anyone who follows the principles of the Sariraka-bhasya is doomed. This is confirmed in the Padma Purana....
"My dear wife, hear my explanations of how I have spread ignorance through Mayavada philosophy. Simply by hearing it, even an advanced scholar will fall down. In this philosophy, which is certainly very inauspicious for people in general, I have misrepresented the real meaning of the Vedas and recommended that one give up all activities in order to achieve freedom from karma. In this Mayavada philosophy I have described the jivatma and Paramatma to be one and the same." How the Mayavada philosophy was condemned by Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu and His followers is described in Sri Caitanya-caritamrta, Antya-lila, Second Chapter, verses 94 through 99, where Svarupa-damodara Gosvami says that anyone who is eager to understand the Mayavada philosophy must be considered insane. This especially applies to a Vaisnava who reads the Sariraka-bhasya and considers himself to be one with God. The Mayavadi philosophers have presented their arguments in such attractive, flowery language that hearing Mayavada philosophy may sometimes change the mind of even a maha-bhagavata, or very advanced devotee. An actual Vaisnava cannot tolerate any philosophy that claims God and the living being to be one and the same."
Caitanya-caritamrta, Adi lila 7:110

"Sankara's commentary on Vedanta-sutra, known as Sariraka-bhasya, is very much adored by the impersonalist scholars, but commentaries written on the Vedanta written from the materialistic point of view are completely adverse to the transcendental service of the Lord. Consequently Lord Caitanya said that direct commentaries on the Upanisads and Vedanta-sutra are glorious, but that anyone who follows the indirect path of Sankaracarya's Sariraka-bhasya is certainly doomed.
Lord Caitanya admitted that Sankaracarya was an incarnation of Lord Siva, and it is known that Lord Siva is one of the greatest devotees (a mahajana) of the Bhagavata school. There are twelve great authorities on devotional service, and Lord Siva is one of them. Why, then, did he adopt the process of Mayavadi philosophy? The answer is given in Padma Purana, where Lord Siva states:
mayavadam asac-chastram
pracchannam bauddham ucyate
mayaiva kalpitam devi
kalau brahmana-rupina
"The Mayavadi philosophy is veiled Buddhism." In other words, the voidist philosophy of Buddha is more or less repeated in the Mayavadi philosophy of impersonalism, although the Mayavadi philosophy claims to be directed by the Vedic conclusions. Lord Siva, however, admits that this philosophy is manufactured by him in the age of Kali in order to mislead the atheists. "Actually the Supreme Personality of Godhead has His transcendental body," Lord Siva states. "But I describe the Supreme as impersonal. I also explain the Vedanta-sutra according to the same principles of Mayavadi philosophy."
Teachings of Lord Caitanya, Chapter 19

".... Sankaracarya's belief is personal. Actually he is a covered personalist. He became impersonalist just to drive away Buddhism. All of India was Buddhist voidism. So, although a personalist, he had to keep pace with voidism by expounding impersonalism. There is very little difference between impersonalism and voidism, but because he had to bring Buddhists back to the Vedic cultural form, he adopted impersonalism. From the Padma Purana, it is learned that Sankaracarya is Lord Siva, and who can be a greater devotee than Lord Siva? Lord Siva is considered to be the foremost Vaisnava."
Srila Prabhupada Letter to Damodar, 11-12-70

"According to the Vedic teachings, anyone who does not accept the Vedic way of life, he is called atheist. Therefore, according to Vedantists, Buddhists are called atheist. Actually Buddha philosophy does not accept God, neither soul. They simply philosophize on the material elements, and they want to finish the material exis..., dismantle the material elements. Nirvana. So Caitanya Mahaprabhu has remarked that the Buddhists are honest. They frankly say that "We don't accept your Vedas." But the Shankarites, they are cheaters, because they are accepting Vedas, but on the basis of Buddha philosophy. That is cheating."

No Duplicity in our Society

"The only duty of the "Sadhus" is to cut away all the accumulated wicked propensities of every individual.
This alone is the causeless natural desire of all the Sadhus. Worldly people possess a double nature. They express one kind of sentiment but internally cherish a different purpose.

Moreover they want to advertise this duplicity as a mark of liberation or love of harmony.

Those who are unwilling to show any duplicity, wish to be frank and straightforward, or in other words to exercise unambiguously the function of the soul; such really sincere persons are called sectarian and orthodox by those who practice duplicity.

We will cultivate the society only of those who are straightforward. We will not keep company with any person who is not so. We must by all means avoid bad company.

We are advised to keep at a distance of a hundred cubits from animals of the horned species. We should observe the same caution in regard to all insincere persons."

Life & Times of Sripad Bhakti Prakash Hrishikesh Maharaja

Life & Times of Sripad Bhakti Prakash Hrishikesh Maharaja in Malaysia

When I heard about the passing away of Sripad Bhakti Prakash Hrishikesh Maharaja, I was a little numb at first. My feelings were not completely settled to his passing. But after looking at his pictures, it finally dawned upon me that His Holiness was no more in this planet.

Maharaja reminded me of someone so dynamic in serving Sri Hari, Guru & Vaishnavas. Nothing was impossible for him. Maharaja used to go heads on without thinking of any consequences. He did not believe much in meetings and talking about how to do a seva because he was an action man. He always said to me, “Let’s just do it. Krsna will take care of everything!!!”

Maharaja was the first person to assist me in printing the book “Shower of Love.” When Srila Gurudeva ordered me to always write, I was totally lost as what to do. With whatever little knowledge I had, the compilation of lectures took place. But it was Maharaja who showed me the ropes of how to put in the footnotes, headings, sub-headings, titles etc. I remember very well when I mentioned about the book to Maharaja. He was so enthusiastic about it. He never showed any signs that I came from another “math” and him from another. All Maharaja wanted was to serve and make sure the book was printed on time before Srila Gurudeva’s tour to Malaysia.

As the book was taking shape, some local devotees came in to assist. Although Maharaja did the major part of the book, he mentioned everyone who helped, no matter how little it maybe. Maharaja even mentioned those who tried but was not successful to garnish funds for the book and those who proof-read the book although only 2 to 3 paragraphs. Along the way, the kind soul who donated some funds could not come up with more monies, and it was Maharaja who finally managed to get the remaining funds for the printing of the book.

Maharaja told me that we must respect everyone’s mood and it does not matter how small or big the seva maybe. He mentioned everyone in the book and himself being not so prominent.

After successfully publishing “Shower of Love,” Maharaja printed “Rays of Hope” and many other books of Srila Gurudeva.

Maharaja also established the first temple of Srila Gurudeva in Malaysia. At that time Maharaja would go with some local devotees, including yours truly, to search for a suitable place. He would search every area and finally managed to secure a bungalow in an affluent place in Petaling Jaya. I protested saying that the rental was a bit too steep, Maharaja just went ahead to establish the temple. The fact that most local devotees were not well off did not deter Maharaja from single handedly securing the money for the rental by distributing books. He would go on a marathon of sorts by traveling from Malaysia to Singapore to print and distribute books to pay for the temple’s up-keep.

After taking instructions from Srila Gurudeva, the temple was named Sri Sri Radha Govinda Gaudiya Math. We had many nice programs there. Even Srila Gurudeva stayed there during one of His world tour. The temple has since moved to its new premise.

Fond memories of Sripad Bhakti Prakash Hrishikesh Maharaja will always prevail in my heart. And the one which is most profound is when he mentioned about how his sannyasa guru, Srila Bhakti Promode Puri Maharaja would always say, “It is not the seva itself, but the attitude toward the seva.”

VERY IMPORTANT. SRILA SRIDHAR MAHARAJ ABOUT COW PROTECTION.

Absolute Good

Srila Bhakti Raksak Sridhar Dev-Goswami Maharaj clarifies the position of cow protection.
————————————————————————————————————
Listener: How can we convince human beings of the presence of the soul in the animals? In the West people kill animals so much, especially the cow.
Srila Sridhar Maharaj: I am not a member of the ‘save the cow committee’. I am a member of the Krishna consciousness movement. I am to deal with that. There are so many associations. The Jains and so-called Hindus may be very eager to form associations against cow-killing and proclaim, “Don’t kill the cow.” We belong to another plane. What is the question of killing a cow? Krishna says in Gita that there is position in which one can efface the entire universe, including all the cows, brahmans, and sadhus within it, and still receive no reaction1. There is such a position. Try to attain that position. That position is not the highest position either. But through that you are to pass to the plane of pure self-abnegation.
Don’t allow yourself to be a member of this physical world, the world of physical good and bad. Try to be aloof from physical relativity and be a member of the nirguna [transcendental] plane . All calculation of good and bad here is false. Both good and bad are false. So only engage yourself in distributing Krishna. Don’t lose your energy, invest your energy, in any business of lower profit. Always try to distribute Krishna.
You are to connect with Krishna. Your connection is with Krishna. We are to undergo birth and death thousands of times if that will connect us with Krishna. To reconnect with Krishna we shall embrace that. Mahaprabhu says,
sanatana, deha-tyage krishna yadi paiye
koti-deha ksaneke tabe chhadite pariye
(Sri Chaitanya-charitamrita: Antya-lila, 4.55)
Sanatan, if by giving up this body one can get Krishna, then in a second I am ready to die crores of times.”
But we cannot connect with Krishna through such foolish sacrifice. It has got its own way: shravan-kirtan, sadhu-sanga, Vaishnava-seva [hearing and chanting about Krishna, association and serving His devotees]. Krishna cannot be reached by sacrificing the body. That is a ksatriya tendency, a brutal tendency, “I kill my own body. I am a very big man.” No. It is a foolish attempt. It may amaze a worldly man but in Krishna consciousness a worldly hero has no value.
Trying to stop cow-killing may be the duty of someone in a particular plane of life. If anyone comes to me, I may say, “Oh! Don’t kill.” So much I may say. But I shall not go to fight and die for that cause. My time is so valuable, it is there to attain Krishna consciousness. I can’t waste my time in material struggle.
The Lord’s interest is so great that Abraham was going to kill his son Ishmael for Him. Abraham heard that Allah wanted him to sacrifice his son and he was ready to do that. To satisfy the sweet will of Krishna, not Krishna, but some conception of the Lord, he was required to kill his son, and he was up to that test: “Yes. I am ready.” So Krishna is so high. In comparison to Krishna’s service, to save the body of a cow or other things cannot become a concern. Such things are a much lower propensity. Krishna’s service is so high.
Everything can be sacrificed for Krishna. His service is so valuable. Nothing can be compared to it. It is so valuable, so urgent, so necessary, so pure. We should not cheat ourselves. To feel that we are engaged in Krishna-katha, that we can try to serve Krishna, that is so high, so valuable. An ordinary man immersed in Maya’s good and bad, in sattva-raja-tama [the modes of material nature], will try to stop cow killing, protect brahmans, and so on.
Also, cows are revered here because Krishna loves cows there [in the spiritual world]. Here there is a perverted reflection of that.  Cows are a favourite of Krishna but His cows are not the cows of this world. Still there is some perverted reflection of that here and seeing cows killed will bring about an undesirable sentiment within a sadhu.

Sri Jahnava Devi Biografia en espanhol. Srila B.B.Tirtha Goswami Maharaj

Sri Jahnava Devi

[…] I have always disliked to appear in public because, after all, I know that there are only few who understand the things that deal with Krishna, and I want people to be interested in Krishna – not in me. [...]
Svami Sadananda Dasa, letter 5.11.63

[…] During my journeys in India I met countless learned and 'holy' men, some were very good people but no one really considered the Shastrams to be the Light instead of their own intuition and their own 'experiences'. Believe me when I say that I was startled when base emotional piety was presented as bhakti and was praised as such.
Gurudev [Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati] used to give the following piece of advice, 'When one listens to or reads the Shastrams, first of all, one must forget, free oneself from everything one knows from other sources.'
Gradually I realised that what people read and translate from the Shastrams – from the Upanishads to the Bhagavatam – what they present as the teachings of the Upanishads, etc., are not in the texts themselves; that people either are too lazy to see in what sense a word is used in the text itself or simply are unable to keep their own world of ideas and their own emotions out of the texts when they read and translate. Srila Gurudev speak about Radha Kunda 'mahanta' Ananta Das Babaji

Srila Gurudeva on Ananta dasa Babaji
Submitted by the Harikatha team
[The following is excerpts of a discourse, darsana and letter by Srila Gurudeva, Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Narayana Gosvami Maharaja, wherein he discusses Ananta das Babaji. The darsana was slightly edited for reading clarity.]
A Darsana in Vrndavana, India: 1992

Syamarani dasi: He also wants to know what you think of Ananta das Pandita. The one at Radha Kunda.
Srila Gurudeva: Ananta dasa Pandita. I only know that there is an Ananta dasa Babaji. He lives in Radha Kunda and he has published some books. I know only this. What has your Prabhupada spoken about Ananta Dasa?
Syamarani dasi: I don’t know what he said about him. But he rejects saha…
Gurudeva: I know that Ananta dasa Babaji tells that Mayapura is not the real Mayapura. He says that Pracina Navadvipa (Old Navadvipa, Sriman Mahaprabhu’s birthplace) is on the western side of the Ganges; he says that is the real Mayapura. [Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura, with the help of Srila Jagannatha dasa Babaji Maharaja, found and established Mahaprabhu’s birthplace on the eastern bank]. So you can understand what type of person he is. *[see endnote 1, from Navadvipa-dhama Parikrama book]
[Then, after a few words describing Ananta das Babaji’s physical appearance and apparel:] What does he want to know about him?
Syamarani dasi: He wants to know what you think of his lineage and publications. It seems you have answered.
Srila Gurudeva: There are so many things to say about him. I know that his intelligence is misguided. Even though he cannot understand whether Mayapura is here or there, he makes propaganda against Gaudiya Vaisnavas, like Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura and others. He is hankering for so many disciples and he preaches against Gaudiya Vaisnavism. If any ISKCON member goes to him, he will say, “Oh, come on come on, I will give you babaji vesa.” And if you go, he will give you babaji vesa. [With affectionate sarcasm] Do you want? I will recommend you.
If your Prabhupada were here, he would have fully…what is the word?
Syamarani dasi: Condemned him?
Srila Gurudeva: Condemned him. And then he would have done his sraddha ceremony. Do you know the meaning of Sradha ceremony?
Symarani dasi: The ceremony after death.
Gurudeva: Ah, yes. Your Prabhupada would surely have done this. What more can I say?

Bhakti is of two kinds: bhakti and bhakti-rasa. Unless we have reached suddha-sattva, if rati has not yet come, along with sthayi-bhava (the foundational ecstasy of one’s permanent relationship with Sri Krsna), krsna-priti (love for Krsna), alambana (the coming together of the subject and object of love), udipana (the stimulus for loving the object of love), asta-sattvika-bhava (the eight symptoms of transcendental ecstacy), and vyabhicari-bhava (the thirty-three transitory ecstasies that come and go like the waves of the ocean of love for Krsna), we cannot taste bhakti-rasa.* [see endnote 2]
Nowadays, in so many places, ‘gopi-bhava’ is being given to the people just by their saying, “I am a gopi.” However, Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura explains that only when all our anarthas are removed will we be able to realize, inside our heart, our eternally perfect spiritual body. At that time we will be able to understand who we are. Only after that can we think about asta-kalya-lila (Sri Sri Radha-Krsna’s 24-hour daily pastimes) and gopi-bhava.
These persons are imagining gopi-bhava before all these stages manifest, and therefore they fall down from the right path. In Radha-Kunda, Vrndavana, and other places as well, the Babajis are giving this so-called gopi-bhava to whomsoever comes to them. This so-called gopi-bhava is given to even the most unqualified and foolish persons, who do not know even how to clean themselves after using the toilet.
The most unqualified and ignorant people, even from Gaudiyas, go to Ananta das Babaji Maharaja in Radha-Kunda. They at once take this so-called gopi-bhava and think that everything will be accomplished by this. But they do not know that 99% of all the people at Radha-Kunda have loose character. Therefore, we should be very careful about this matter.
According to the instructions of Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura and our guru-parampara, if we perform proper sadhana, then ruci will come, along with asakti (pure attachment for Krsna), rati (bhava-bhakti), and sthayi-bhava (foundational ecstacy). Only by this process will there be some progress in bhakti. Alambana and udipana will also come, and then sneha and mamata will manifest. By this bona fide process, you will be able to attract Krsna and have His darsana.

A ofering for Vyas Puja and Rama navami- 2014

Finally was posted to all the Video of the Biography of the early Life of Guru Maharaj. See the link BELOW. Today Is Vyas Puja. The most important day in the calendar of Gaudiya Vaishnavas. Today also is Rama navami, but for those who wish to advance in spiritual life, they will give preference to Bhaktas who are asray Bhagavan. Bharata, Rama´s brother, is Rama ´s follower, son an everything. The character of Bharat will be aprecisate only by the sincere and complete surrendered soul. How he was loyal to Ram, how he cried when he saw that Guha and even Kausalya was having suspicion on him. How he was ofered the kingdom but set the example of pure and exalted surrendered soul with a divine saintly character and loyality to his elder brother and lord ram. Nowadays we see so many want to take the position of Vyas, to be worshiped etc.. But Bharata was ofered all these things and he cried deeply as without life he told: "Better to me to die". He also rejected His mother by The evil atitude. A real disciple will never take the seat equal to his own Gurudev, he will act like Bharata. Just as Srila Gurudev did when requested by Vaman Goswami to start to give diksa. Just as Gurudev did when Swami Prabhupad told him to seat in his bed before left this world, Gurudev refused and seated in a old chair at his side. Just as Guru maharaj Tirtha Goswami did when devotees told he would be acharya. He told: "No, iam fallen soul my Gurudev is the Acharya forever".And Bharata went to Ram in Chitrakoot. And told Ram to return to His (Ram) Kingdom. And when the painfull decision was made by Ram that "You should go and govern Ayodiya, we should do this to our father and keep his words". he crying told "i will do this because of your order and still it will be you who really will be the king, i will put your sandals paduka in the main palace and i will stay outside and pay my obeisances to your sandals everyday". This event is celebrated even today in north India, as the most important event in all Ramayana. How a person will not cry reading this lila? In fact this event is the most important teaching in the whole Rama Lila. By Bharata atitude, character, loyality, love, surrender and acts a aspiring devotee should learn with Bharata and should pray to Bharata, that something of His devotion enter in our heart. With out devotees, Lord is nothing, like zero .... So Today we pray to His dear Associate in the form of Gurudev Srila B.B.Tirtha Goswami, who is a eternal associate of Radha Govinda in Golok Vrindavan and to Bharata, who is a eternal associate of Sri Ram in Ayodhya Vaikunth, that they give us inspiration, devotion, enthusiasm in doing sadhana and show their mercy on us, fallen souls of this world, that by Their Mercy we can be like them as soon as possible and be happy forever like they are eternally. Jay Srila Guru Maharaj, Jay Sri Bharata and Jay Sri Rama!!!

Srila A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupad about Islam and Religious faith. Excelent compilation.

Introduction
The following is based on Srila Prabhupadas conversations:
Religion is meant for peace, not war.
Again and again God has sent His messengers to this material world to re-establish religious principles. Different messengers have revealed different scriptures in different languages accord-ing to time, place, circumstances and the intellectual capacity of the people. In this way the Vedas, Avesta, Torah, Bible and Qur'an were made available for the benefit of mankind, to bring them closer to God. Despite the different languages and different ages in which these scriptures were presented, the knowl-edge and guidance is essentially the same. That is:
1. God is one
2. Everyone is a servant of God
3. Everyone has an eternal relationship with God
4. The primary duty of everyone is Service to God
5. The goal of human life is to develop love of God.
As far as the process of each scripture is concerned, some details and rituals differ, but in essence it is all the same. Every messenger of God came to this mortal world to remind us that we should always remember God, serve God and love God. Therefore, religious principles are meant for peace and prosperity, not war. Vaishnavism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Zoroastrianism, Judaism, Chris-tianity and Islam are all meant for uniting people, not dividing them.
"In the vase there is a variety of flowers, and that variety helps us better appreciate the idea of flowers. That is called unity in diversity," said Srila Prabhupada. But because of misunderstanding, misinterpretation and deviation from the revealed scriptures, hundreds and hundreds of sects have already appeared, even within the same religious communities, what to speak of other communities. People quarrel, fight and kill each other under the name of reli-gion. So much degradation. There is no peace and prosperity on this earth. How can we gain the peace and prosperity that everyone is searching for? In this dark age of quarrel and hypocrisy, God has sent us His most merciful servant, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada, to re-establish true religious principles and unite all the religions under the non-sectarian, nonmaterial, transcendental flag of love of God.
As a humble saint, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada never criticised any religion or any bona fide representative of any religion. Some people say Srila Prabhupada was a genius, some say a great religious teacher, some say a friend like no other, but Srila Prabhupada said: "I am simply a servant of a servant of a servant of God." By re-establishing the Absolute Truth as it was, as it is, and as it always should be without adding or subtracting anything from the way it was presented to him, he began an international movement that has already united people of all religions, nations, ages, etc.. Thanks to his compassion and struggle, souls from all walks of life: scientists, businessmen, philosophers, laborers, housewives and students are all marching under the united nations transcendental flag of love of God.
In this work we present Statements by A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada on Islam taken from his books, lectures and conversations. We sincerely hope it will help people develop a proper understanding of interreligious connections, "unity in diversity."

1. Islam is also Vaishnavism
Srila Prabhupada: Islam is also Vaishnavism.
Dr. Patel: Mohammedanism is not Vaishnavism.
Srila Prabhupada: No, no. Chaitanya Mahaprabhu talked with the Pathanas (Muslims). He proved that "Yourreligion is Vaishnavism." (Moraing walk. Bombay, 17/02/74)
Srila Prabhupada: Then Islam is Vaishnava dharma (religion) in a crude form like Christianity.
(Room conversation. Tehran, 14/03/75)

NOVO LIVRO- O BHAGAVAT. INÈDITO_FANTÀSTICO!

Real Renunciation is not what you are thinking

Don’t practise monkey renunciation – in front of the world!
Accept and use what is necessary – without attachment.
In your heart: be steady –
outwardly: behave like the people.
Before long Krishna will deliver you.
